Geographical Restrictions Overview

The Geographical Restrictions feature allows you to set access permissions or denials based on countries or regions. You can choose to:

  • Allow users from specific countries or regions to access your content, ensuring that your target audience receives the best possible experience.

  • Deny access requests originating from particular countries or regions to enhance your website’s security or comply with regional regulations.

How to Configure Block/Allow Regions?

  • Sites → Sites Settings → Firewall → Positions Setting → Add Positions

Description for Add Positions Fields

  • Blacklist/Whitelist

    Choose to block or allow connections from specific regions to designated domain names.

  • URL

    Specify the domain name. If not restricting to a specific domain, you can enter .* or /*.

  • Regions

    Select the regions/countries to apply from the dropdown menu.
